Returns and Refunds

EstroBlock Australia offers peace of mind, 100% no questions asked refunds, on all unopened product orders returned to us.

If individual products from discounted bulk lots are being returned, the customer will be charged for the single unit price, per missing item, and be refunded the difference. ie if a 3 pack EstroBlock lot ($119.90) is purchased, and only 2 EstroBlock packs are returned, you will be charged the single pack price ie $44.95 and refunded $74.95 ($119.90-$44.95). You will only be refunded the 3 pack discount price, if every item in the discounted lot is returned.

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer returning the items. No postage costs will be refunded if unwanted items are returned. If there is an order error upon receiving items, EstroBlock Australia will reimburse postal return costs.

Time Frame for refund - All products must be returned within 6 months from purchase date, to receive refund.
Method of refund - Refunds will be made directly back to through the method of payment used, unless through other prior arranged methods.
Product condition - All items must be new in box/unopened/like new in order to return.
