Risks of Taking the contraceptive pill and how to detox

Risks of Taking the contraceptive pill and how to detox

admin 09/08/2023 0
The birth control pill, or simply "the pill," has been a popular contraceptive choice for women since its introduction in the 1960s. It revolutionized reproductive health, empowering women to take control of their fertility and family planning. However, despite its widespread use and acceptance, there are potential risks associated with taking the pill that women should be aware of.One of the most significant concerns about the pill is its impact on hormonal balance. The pill contains synthetic hormones, typically a combination of estrogen and progestin, which mimic the hormones naturally produced by a woman's body. By altering the hormonal balance, the pill disrupts the normal functioning of the reproductive system and can lead to long-term health issues. One of the primary risks of taking the pill is the development of hormonal imbalances. The synthetic hormones in the pill can disrupt the delicate interplay of hormones within the female body. This imbalance can manifest in various wa...

How beta-sitosterol is used to lower Dihydro-testosterone (DHT) levels.

admin 05/08/2023 0
Dihydro-testosterone (DHT) is a hormone that plays a crucial role in male development and sexual function. However, excessive levels of DHT have been linked to hair loss, prostate enlargement, and other health problems such as acne. As a result, reducing DHT levels has become a focus for many individuals looking to address these issues. One potential method for achieving this is through the use of beta-sitosterol.Beta-sitosterol is a natural compound found in many plants, including fruits, vegetables, and nuts. It is classified as a phytosterol, a group of compounds that are structurally similar to cholesterol and have been found to have several health benefits. Beta-sitosterol has been studied extensively for its ability to lower cholesterol levels and improve cardiovascular health. However, recent research suggests that it may also be effective in reducing DHT levels.Several studies have shown promising results regarding the effects of beta-sitosterol on DHT levels. One study publish...

How Liver health is related to hormonal acne.

How Liver health is related to hormonal acne.

admin 01/08/2023 0
The health of our liver plays a significant role in the overall well-being of our body, including skin health. One area where liver function is closely related is hormonal acne. Hormonal acne is a form of acne that is primarily caused by hormonal imbalances in the body, particularly fluctuations in androgen (male hormone) levels. The liver plays a crucial role in hormone metabolism and detoxification, and when its function is compromised, it can contribute to hormonal imbalances and acne flare-ups. 1. Hormone Metabolism: The liver is responsible for metabolizing and breaking down hormones, including androgens like testosterone. When the liver is functioning optimally, it helps maintain a balance of hormones in the body. However, a compromised liver can lead to an accumulation of hormones, including androgens. Excessive androgen levels can stimulate the sebaceous glands in the skin, leading to increased sebum production, clogged pores, and acne breakouts. 2. Detoxification: Another imp...

How to clear acne using diindolylmethane (DIM) supplements such as EstroBlock

How to clear acne using diindolylmethane (DIM) supplements such as EstroBlock

admin 01/08/2023 0
Diindolylmethane (DIM) is a naturally occurring substance found in certain cruciferous vegetables, such as broccoli, cabbage, and Brussels sprouts. It is known for its potential health benefits, including its ability to help clear acne. Acne is a common skin condition that can be frustrating and affect self-esteem. While there are numerous products and treatments available to manage acne, incorporating DIM supplements into your routine may offer an alternative approach to addressing this issue. Here's a guide on how to clear acne using diindolylmethane supplements: 1. Understand the Role of Hormones: Hormonal imbalances, particularly an excess of androgens (male hormones), are often associated with acne. DIM works by promoting a healthy balance of hormones in the body, specifically aiding in the metabolism of estrogen. By balancing hormones, DIM may help reduce the occurrence and severity of acne. 2. Consult with a Healthcare Professional: Before starting any new supplement, it is imp...

admin 01/08/2023 0
The Potential Dangers of Atrazine on the Human Hormonal System and how to detoxify the body using DIM Introduction: Atrazine is a widely used herbicide and one of the most commonly detected pesticides in water sources worldwide. While it has been extensively used to control weeds in agriculture and landscaping, concerns have been raised regarding its potential impact on human health and the hormonal system. This article aims to explore the possible dangers of atrazine on the human hormonal system and how to detoxify using DIM. Understanding Atrazine: Atrazine is a selective herbicide primarily used in corn and sugarcane farming. It is known for its effectiveness in preventing broadleaf and grassy weeds, making it a preferred choice for many farmers. However, due to its water solubility, atrazine can easily leach into nearby water sources, leading to widespread contamination. Atrazine's Effect on the Hormonal System: 1. Endocrine Disruptor: Atrazine has been identified as an endocrine ...

Microplastics have been found in humans for the first time. EstroBlock one of the few possible solutions.

admin 23/10/2018 0
London: Microplastics have been found in humans for the first time leading to fears they could be causing a raft of health and fertility problems. "Although previous studies have calculated that Europeans could ingest as many as 11,000 tiny pieces of plastic a year, through consuming seafood or accidentally eating bits of packaging, it has never been proven until now." We have been warning people of the potential health dangers of plastic pollutants in the environment for many years now. It's a bitter sweet pill to know that these dangers are now being recognized by the scientific community, validating our concerns. "Scientists at the Austrian Environment Agency and the University of Vienna analysed stool samples of people from eight countries and found every one contained microplastics. In some cases nine different types of plastic were found in a single sample. On average, 20 microplastic particles per 10g of human waste were found." Microplastics are now so far spread they persist i...

Dr Mercola Talks about Sulforaphane and Diindolylmethane (DIM)In this article, Dr Mercola Talks about Sulforaphane and Diindolylmethane (DIM) one of the active ingredients in the cruciferous vegetable powder found in EstroBlock. The 'Other' Broccoli Pill: Diindolylmethane (DIM) Another notable phytochemical in broccoli is diindolylmethane, or DIM. Your body produces DIM when it breaks down cruciferous vegetables. Like many other broccoli compounds, DIM has shown multiple potential benefits, including boosting your immune system and helping to prevent or treat cancer. As SF Gate reported:12"The compound causes normal cells to increase their production of enzymes that help your body eliminate toxins and potential carcinogenic compounds, potentially lowering your risk of disease. The [Linus Pauling] Institute also says that DIM might stop growth of cancer cells by stimulating them to undergo a process that leads to their death. It may also inhibit cancer cells from invading normal tissue ...

admin 23/06/2017 1
Hi guys, we came across this New Scientist article, 5 kilograms of broccoli in a pill slashes diabetics’ blood sugar,  and we are excited to share the implications of the research. Certain forms of broccoli extract could be of great benefit to people with type 2 diabetes, According to this article "The extract reduced blood sugar levels by up to 10 per cent in people with the disease." There is a link between increased blood sugar levels and people’s chances of heart attacks, blindness and kidney problems. Therefor one can deduce that by correctly taking these broccoli extracts, one could effectively lower the chances of conditions such as heart attack. It's interesting to note that EstroBlock is made up primaraly of cruciferous vegetables such as broccoli, cabbage, cauliflower and wasabi. We're not claiming that EstroBlock can lower your chances of type 2 diabetes, however it's exciting to see science validating the power of these natural healing herbs....

Plastic Microfibres working their way up through the food chain, causing inflammation possibly endocrine disruption in humans.  Please see ABC article here: http://www.abc.net.au/news/2017-05-21/scientists-warn-of-growing-cost-of-inaction-on-microfibres/8540606 According to Dr Mark Browne these 1 millimetre microbibres are now being found in all ocean organisms, including fish in Sydney Harbour. "Medical evidence shows that when these particles of plastic transfer to tissues of humans themselves, particles of this size are able to cause inflammation and fibrosis," Dr Browne said. So according to this article Dr Browne believes exposure to these micro plastics in humans could lead directly to an inflammatory response from the body. This is interesting to note, giving there is a strong argument that many of the modern day skin ailments, seem to be in some way or other related to inflammation. Some people argue most skin conditions are in fact a direct result of inflammation. What this ar...
